Since California is an unregulated state when it comes to inspections, ensure you hire a qualified and professional inspector. This is why all of our inspectors must meet two qualification. First all of our inspectors must pass the National Home Inspectors Examination. Second, all inspectors must be certified home inspectors by a national accredited home inspection organization. We here at RMK are certified home inspectors from InterNACHI. InterNACHI is accredited by the Council for Continuing Education & Training, a national accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (USDE). As well, to go above and beyond Ryan, our lead inspector and owner of the company has an ICC (International Code Consul) B1 Residential Building inspector certification.

RMK uses the latest technology in the field. RMK now uses infrared technology to scan the home and see far beyond the naked eye. A complete infrared scan of the home is done during the inspection. This technology allows us to see what otherwise would have been missed, saving our clients a lot of trouble and letting then know exactly what they are getting into.
